Duncan Hardy
Director
Duncan is a leadership and adventure consultant who designs and delivers corporate training and residential programmes in the UK and abroad. He previously spent ten years as a school leader and 24 years as a Royal Marines Officer, working with the MOD, FCO, UN, and NATO in a variety of strategic, diplomatic, and military advisory roles. Duncan is passionate about helping teams and individuals communicate better, manage risk, deal with conflict, and become more resilient leaders.
Kyra Hardy
Head of Marketing
Kyra runs a social media management agency. She designs and leads the social media strategy for corporate organisations across diverse sectors - from commercial property, to hospitality, health & wellbeing and training.
She’s previously worked in sales for a number of SMEs in the West Country and taught English at an international school in Malaysia.

Liz Richardson
Assistant programme director & crisis management
Liz has nearly 40 years of experience in education, including as Head of an independent school and as a Director of the London Multi Academy Trust - Veritas. She has led organisational changes that have created more inclusive, diverse communities and attracted the best talent. She believes that great leadership centres on having a clear cultural vision which is relevant, focused and engages all stakeholders.
Brett Simpson
Strategy, culture & external board exposure
Brett is a seasoned executive leader with 35 years of global business experience in technology and manufacturing companies. He has served as CEO of several companies, including LBC Tank Terminals Limited, Low & Bonar Plc, and Bridon-Bekaert Ropes Group. He holds multiple advisory and Board roles, including non-Exec Chair of St Andrews Applied Research Limited, Chair of Bladon Micro Turbines, Executive Chair of Celtic Renewables, and non-Executive Director of Wilkie Group. His wide experience informs the strategic insight he brings to clients.
Professor Neil Greenburgh
Emotional intelligence & mental health
Neil is an academic and occupational and forensic psychiatrist who served in the UK Armed Forces for over 23 years. He is a Governance Advisor for the Forces in the Mind Trust Research Centre and a principal investigator in a nationally funded health protection research unit. He brings a wealth of knowledge in occupational mental health, having published over 350 scientific papers and book chapters, chaired the Royal College's Special Interest Group in Occupational Psychiatry and led the World Psychiatric Association's position statement on mental health in the workplace. Neil is passionate about improving the mental health of workplace leaders and their teams.
Julia McMillan

Julia has 30 years of experience in HR, Training and Development. She has worked with a broad range of clients, from NHS Trusts to international companies. Julia is a highly qualified, accredited training consultant with a passion for learning and self-development. She is experienced in all aspects of training and development, including the use of motivational and personal assessment tools.
Dr Harriet Nicholls

Harriet is a Consultant Anaesthetist and Organisational Development Consultant with experience in designing and leading cultural change programmes in healthcare settings. She offers leadership development training, coaching and facilitation to enable cultural change for enhanced performance, staff and client satisfaction. With expertise in human factors and patient safety, Harriet brings together her experience and skills to develop individuals and teams to perform at their best.
Jane Markby

Jane has 30 years of experience as a teacher, Anglican priest, union rep and outdoor instructor. She has worked with a diverse range of people in various settings to address issues of unconscious bias, poor mental health, and workplace disputes. She advocates for coaching skills and restorative justice to unlock an individual's potential. With leadership experience in education and outdoor training, she believes in building bridges and looking for creative solutions to the challenges leadership teams face.
